Headache/TMJ Massage

The Headache/TMJD is a 90 minute massage. You will receive focus work to the intricate muscles responsible for mandible(jaw) and cervical movements, along with the paraspinal muscles of the back. Using deep tissue/trigger point therapy, to release trigger points and myofascial restrictions will help disrupt the pain pattern, pain cycle of the strained, overworked muscles of the head, neck, and back. This therapeutic massage will improve the range of motion of the jaw and cervical spine, decrease the pain of the head and neck, along with headache frequency.
