Trigger point is a therapeutic approach that addresses the myofascial aches and pains held within the body. Using static pressure on tender nodules found in the soft tissue (attachments, muscle bellies, and tendons) will help release muscle tension and find the source of your pain. In turn, this will improve blood flow to a once restricted area, improve muscle function and help eliminate the pain pattern/pain cycle.
